The amount of food you eat will determine how big your bowel movement will be

Here’s something that most people don’t think about, the amount of food that goes into your body is a direct correlation to what comes out. If you had a very large meal, and your either didn’t/couldn’t have a or it was  very small bowel movement, then there’s some room for concern.

After a big meal, it can take up to 8 hours to digest your food and if your bowel movement doesn’t reflect the portion you ate, then you may be experiencing  mild care of constipation. Another thing to think about, if you’re on a diet and you’re not eating as much food as you normally do, then your bowel movement will be smaller than normal.
